2.优化 CurveCollection, CurveCell 精简代码

2.添加 测试模式，DynArea.IsTest, 就是 B=100, 不需要找边界。 用于没有膜时，测试机架。
3.删除 系统参数界面 删除 编码器2 放大设置

添加 FlyADIODefine 添加 服务代理，WdIOTip界面可以看到服务器中IO定义。flyad7.HardwareVersion 不同，IO定义会变化。 WdIOTip界面 还能显示当前IO的状态。 以后 只需要1个WdIOTip界面
